Vision Correction of the Future

Orthokeratology, also called Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT), is a method of correcting near-sightedness (myopia). Nearsightedness is when someone has difficulty seeing far distances. By using a specially designed lens prescribed by a certified doctor, a child can wear these lenses overnight to reshape their cornea and not wear any corrective glasses or contacts during the daytime. To maintain the CRT effect of myopia reduction, overnight lens wear must be continued on a prescribed schedule. Failure to do so can affect daily activities and visual fluctuations and changes in intended correction.

Paragon CRT, which is used at Choice Eye Center, is FDA approved and trusted by parents in over 50 countries. The benefits of these lenses are great. They include improved classroom performance, enhanced self-esteem and greater success in sports. You can enhance your child's quality of life with Paragon CRT.
